As we provide service-based solutions, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been completed successfully. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of work, we will first make every effort to resolve the issue.

  • Work was not started after payment (without valid reason)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after service has started or completed

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel the service before work begins for a full or partial refund (depending on any advance costs incurred).
  • Once the service has started, cancellation charges may apply.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
